I have participated in" Lakshagala Sankeerthana " which took place on may 10th 2009 with the registred No : HYD 18505 . I feel happy it was recognized by Guinness book of World Records. I received recently certificate on my name from Guinness book of World Records.
The ‘Annamayya Lakshagala Sankeerthana’ held in Hyderabad on Sunday evening was a grand success. The organizers had planned for one lakh people to take part in the event. The people responded in a big way and the event ended up with more than 1,60,000 people taking part and singing Annamayya keertans in one voice.
The event made it to the Guinness books with the Guinness representative Raymond Marshall handed over a certificate acknowledging the feat to finance minister K Rosaiah.
